Our Tractor Maintenance Process : Quality Economical Compact Diesel Tractors

All our tractors have been checked for the following items and passed inspection. When you get a tractor from Tractor Barn it is ready to use.

• Change oil filter
  
• Change air filter
  
• Change fuel filter
  
• Check hydraulic oil--change external filter
  
• Remove & clean internal hydraulic filter
  
• Pressure check radiator, wash and blow out
  
• Clean screen in fuel filler neck
  
• Secure battery--add new tie-down strap if needed
  
• Check clutch adjustment
  
• Check brakes and adjustment
  
• Check differential lock
  
• Check all guages and lights on dash
  
• Check headlights
  
• Check blinker lights
  
• Inspect front and rear axle bearings for excess play
  
• Check front and rear axle seals for leaks
  
• Check front differential oil in 4x4
  
• Check steering for excess play and tightness
  
• Grease all fittings
  
• Check operation of 4x4
  
• Check lift
  
• Check PTO
  
• Free up sway chains and adjustable side arms
  
• Radiator over-flow bottle--clean and fill
  
• Fill up with diesel fuel
  
• De-compression cable working
  
• Check fan belt
